By downloading or using Wyro ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Wyro is a workout timer application intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these terms.
Creating an account is optional. If you create one, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
The app uses AI to parse and interpret workout descriptions. The results are provided as-is. We do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or suitability of any parsed workout. Always use your own judgment before performing any exercise.
Wyro is a fitness timer, not a medical device, and does not provide medical advice. Heart rate shown from a connected strap is for fitness reference only. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have a heart condition or other health concern. You participate in any workout at your own risk.
Wyro Pro is offered through the Apple App Store as auto-renewable monthly and annual subscriptions. Exact pricing is shown by Apple at the time of purchase.
If your Apple account is eligible, Apple may display introductory pricing or a free trial before you confirm purchase. Trial and introductory offer eligibility is determined by Apple for your account and may not be available to all users.
Billing, renewal, cancellation, and subscription management are handled through your Apple account and App Store settings. Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies. We do not process App Store subscription refunds directly.
We may provide selected accounts with complimentary Lifetime Pro access through a promotional entitlement administered by RevenueCat. This access is a discretionary grant from the app owner; it is not an Apple App Store purchase, does not create an Apple subscription, and does not involve Apple billing, renewal, cancellation, or refund procedures.
“Lifetime” means for as long as the grant and the service remain available. The app owner may revoke or suspend complimentary Lifetime Pro access at any time. We may do so immediately when reasonably necessary for fraud, abuse, security, legal compliance, policy violations, or protection of the service. We will provide notice when practical, but notice is not guaranteed where immediate action is required. Access may also end if the service or this promotional program is discontinued.
A complimentary Lifetime Pro grant does not cancel, refund, or modify an Apple subscription. If you have an active Apple subscription, you must manage or cancel it yourself through your Apple account and App Store settings; Apple billing continues until Apple processes your cancellation or the subscription expires.
All content, design, and code within the app are owned by the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app without written permission.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to injury from exercise performed based on app output.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects any changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
